Tasting Notes:

This Shiraz opens with fresh strawberry and white pepper on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied and fruit-forward, showing flavours of ripe Santa Rosa plums with a hint of spice. Soft tannins and a silky finish make it a smooth, approachable wine that’s easy to enjoy.

Technical:

The 230 strong men refused to yield or compromise, they stayed on continuing to develop the land. The Markeas brothers have carefully crafted this wine using organically grown grapes and sustainable vineyard practices. Producing memorable wines with the strength of character, boldness, and determination imparted on the soils all those years ago by the 230 strong men.
